At Knot Today Massage Therapy my goal is to provide the ultimate relaxation experience while also getting into and working through those troublesome areas. I became a massage therapist 11 years ago when I realized that it really does make a difference in the way someone feels, not only physically but also mentally. (Ask me my story)  I genuinely care about the health and well-being of every individual who comes through my door. I pride myself on taking the time to listen to not only what you tell me but also to what your body tells me. I have worked with many injuries, aliments, and medical conditions over the years. I fully understand that each body is different and requires different modalities. My top 3 favorite parts of being a massage therapist are: The excitement people have when they see me, the look of shock at the end of a session when they feel 90- 100% pain free, and also knowing that I made a difference. At most massage establishments, the session will end 10 minutes before the hour. If you pay for a 60 minute massage, your hands on time is 50 minutes. At Knot Today, you will receive the entire 60 minutes of hands on time ( It really does make a difference). The only way your session would be shorter is if you’re late, then you would receive the remainder of your time.  I look forward to working with you!  - Ashley
